7. Lifetime Membership Meaning

“Lifetime Access” means access for as long as:

Spain–Nigeria Connect continues to operate the relevant platform or membership program;

The applicable membership tier remains available; and

Your account remains compliant with these Terms.

It does not guarantee that the platform, every feature or every benefit will exist indefinitely or remain unchanged.

We may update, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Where a material change affects paid members, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

A Student member who later qualifies for and completes an upgrade to a Business or Corporate membership may request a refund of the original €20 Student membership payment.

The member may be required to:

Submit the refund request through [REFUND EMAIL OR FORM]

This refund benefit cannot be exchanged for cash more than once or used for unrelated purchases.

The fee may be waived for an eligible NGO delivering an approved core Spain–Nigeria Connect program. Fee waivers:

Require an application and review

Submitting a waiver request does not guarantee approval.

Complimentary Government and Diplomatic access is available only to approved:

Applicants must use an official institutional email address and may be asked to provide proof of authority.
